Roles & Responsibility's
Allocating each team member with set roles
and responsibilities allowed us to divide the workload evenly, according to
each team member’s individual strengths. Although we divided some tasks up, we
also worked together on other tasks as a group such as the mind map, creating
and preparing the website and oral presentation, planning our business idea and
the critical evaluation assessment of our business.
Tammy Angi - Team Leader
Tammy is the team leader for Team Execution, it is her job to set the agenda for all meetings, keep track of time in group meetings and to make sure discussions stay focused and on track, making sure everyone has their turn at speaking.
It is also Tammy’s responsibility to prepare and present the SWOT analysis and the summary of revenue and cost items for the oral presentation and the website.
Chrissie Hinesy - Information Officer
Chrissie is the information officer for Team Execution, It is her role to keep note of all meetings, including who attends and who is absent and who is completing their work assigned to them. Chrissie will keep all information associated with the team project.
It is also Chrissie’s responsibilities to design and prepare the promotional campaign, for the oral presentation and the website.
John Gorgone - Spokesperson
John is the spokesperson for Team Execution, it is his role to speak on behalf of the group, and all outside correspondence must go through John. All conversations with external individuals are performed by John.
It is also John’s responsibility to prepare the business overview, including the mission and researching which type of company to become. John will present this for the oral presentation and the website.
Katrina Marston - Reflector
Katrina is the reflector for Team Execution, It is her role to reflect back to the team on how well the team is operating, provide suggestions for improvement and motivate and inspire the team.
It is also Katrina’s responsibility to research the target audience for a childcare centre and prepare and present the quantitative analysis for the oral presentation and website.
Karen Pearson - Admin Officer
Karen is the admin officer for Team Execution, it is her role to research other childcare centres in the area, prepare and survey and research the registration and licencing involved in opening a child care centre.
It is Karen’s responsibility to prepare and present this information for the oral presentation and the website.
